Some weights plus recumbent bike

Just a quick check-in - still just getting in shape to begin high intensity sprint training for Nationals this summer. Finished up Insanity Alpha round, now doing Beta. I'll start incorporating sprint workouts in March. Today was "Rip't Circuit".

Went to a local state park and found it to be a sea of ice so I bailed and just ran in my neighborhood.

14 rather cold miles this morning, 68 for the week

Double day: 8 reasonably speedy, hilly miles this morning and then 5k progressive run (hilly again) about 5 hours later.

12.66K. Worked a half marathon in the morning and then had a 4 hour drive back home before I could get out to do my run.
