14K. Lots of shuffling through icy patches.

I'll throw in more during the shutdown.
7.2 miles (58 minutes) on snowy bike path and roads at a nearby state park. My first mile is always really slow because my legs are all beat up and it takes a while to warm up.

7 miles in heavy rain. It was fun.

2.5 miles with 4x45 second pickups at 'would be nice again' 5k pace (7:30). 5k 'race' on saturday. :o
