Weights plus recumbent bike

Got my recovery massage yesterday and did an easy 6.5 this AM, on gravel trails, at just 8 minute pace. Felt good, and nice to be running without soreness.

5k time trial.
70 and humid, ugh
Need 7:30 pace, I think I can do 7:20.
7:20, 7:22,
one more lap and then I quit.
So humid the sweat did not evaporate and I overheated.
Didn't want to put up with the pain and shut it down
to save myself for the next try.
