Weights plus rowing

Ran an unknown distance for 35 minutes. Last run in Maine for awhile. :(

warm up jog, walk a lap,
bleacher repeats, walk a lap
jog a mile, walk a lap
2 miles, first decent pace, 2nd in a relatively hard 7:14
That is the target pace for my time trial thursday.
Felt easy and painfree.
