7 miles with several walk breaks in the heat.

warm up jog, walk a lap
mile in 7:40
walk a lap
mile in 8:25
walk a lap
2 miles in 8:17 and 7:26 with a 1:42 close.
dark, full moon, upper 50s and damp, just about perfect.
Foot ached during warm up - as usual, but then got better - as usual.
Felt pretty strong, nearing full recovery.
