16.25K before the really hot, humid temps roll in this afternoon.

Ran an unknown distance for 35 minutes.

60 min spin + 6 mile run

hour long run on a local trail

This is normally my long run day with 10 being the norm.
Still felt low energy after friday's hard run, and the foot ached a little.
warm up jog, ran 2 miles, walked a lap
ran a mile, walked a lap, ran a mile, walked a lap,
ran a lap, gave up.
Just didn't have it.
4.75 miles total.
20.1 for the week, lowest total in 18 weeks,
but the average pace was faster. So, ok.
