24K. Hot but at least not that humid.

morning, warm up jog, walk a lap. bleacher repeats, walk a lap, 1 mile jog
a little sore from yesterday's race, but not bad
evening, warm up jog, walk a lap, 1 mile jog.
soreness still there, but not bad.

Easy 25 mile bike. Flat 2 miles from home. Lately, changing a tire on the side of the road by myself freaks me out. Called dh and put him on speaker.
