Weights plus recumbent bike

Sprint workout today! Jog 800m. 20 minutes plyo and dynamic stretching. 4 x 40m strides of increasing intensity, hitting top speed on the last one. Then the workout:
2 sets of 100, 200, 300 meters - 90-100% top speed.
Jog 800m.

60 min spin + 5 miles running. Wanted more running miles but felt wonky what with the heat & humidity.

Impressive that you ran every day since May. A crazy guy in our running club has the 4th or 5th longest daily streak in the USA - over 30 years.
AND .... I don't subscribe to the Runners World Chump Change One Mile Minimum either ... if you're gonna run, do a REAL run ,,, 3 miles, something of substaince [because the first mile sucks (https://vitals.lifehacker.com/the-first-mile-always-sucks-let-it-go-1752457839) anyway]
