Track workout tonight! The workout is 14 x 30 second repeats with 30 seconds rest.

evening, cool, pretty good conditions.
Going for sub 7, so :26 per 100m, 1:44 per lap
First couple 23 mid, next 2 24 mid
Next 4 25 mid = 1:42 mid
next 4 26 mid = 1:46
next 2 26 flat, final 2 24 mid, last 10m in 2.4
Laps of 1:35.6, 1:42.7, 1:45.9, 1:41.4, 2.4
6:47.97, season best by 19 seconds.
Fastest mile in almost 6 years.
I went out a little fast, had a coughing fit during 3rd lap,
and I haven't been training for the mile, I have been
focusing on 5k, 10k, and stretching out to half marathon.
So a very good run, and it could have been faster.
