Weights plus 4.4 mile walk

7 miles, temperature over 90° . :whoa: An ugly, ugly run. I despise hot weather with every bone in my body.

3 mile walk

Planned rest day. But it's almost like Boston was on the 16th. But with 5 mph winds, instead of gusts to 20.
My legs still feel pretty crappy. Hip flexors in particular. Otherwise at +/- 1 hour a day.

walked 4 miles and did yoga

4 miles easy.
