Track workout today! 3 x progressive 1600m (each faster than the last) with 800m rest.
Due to the snowstorm, I did this on the dreadmill while watching women's World Cup skiing. Nice viewing just before I take two days off of running to ski up north with all this beautiful new snow.

21,000+ steps walking around NYC. I think that qualifies for at least 8 miles of walking. But I was not wearing my GPS.
