65 minutes and 12 seconds of treadmill time which I believe in perceived time is like a week and a half. Long term weather forecast makes it unlikely I'll touch pavement till next weekend.

Good bye 2017.

I ran for the first time in a week and got 9 in.  Between moving, traveling back and forth to Nebraska, being sick, being in frigid temps, and coming home to a house with approximately 4,500 boxes to unpack, I am winding down 2017 with a whimper. I’m done. My running clock resets tomorrow.

Well heck.
Have a happy new years tonight and start to 2018!

2970 miles for the year and had some good age group/age grade races to reflect the effort. Looking forward to the next year, even though I'll be a year older soon.
