Weights plus shoveling the driveway

3.3 mile test run that devolved into a walk/run phlegm fest. It’s incredible how much of that stuff my lungs are producing.

3 mile jog. Knees were complaining.

11 Holly Jolly Ks. Nice of the city to have plowed my neighbourhood streets just before I headed out. Was following the plow for a couple of blocks.
