AM 60 min jog, 1 times 15 sec. @ 5:16 mile pace
PM 50 min jog.

33.66K long run done. Taper, taper, taper.

5.25 mile walk. actually, the last .2 were run. The foot can tolerate it far better than a few weeks ago.
