				5 miles, pure garbage + 12 miles of good cycling

				5 miles and weights.

				6 miles
			
 
			
			- 
				1.5 mile walk with my wife, with a mile running on the track at just under 8:00 pace.  Felt good on a chilly morning.

				2 miles with DH. It was a struggle to complete the distance.  :(

				One hour spin.   Now 3 days forced rest. :argh:
