Weights plus recumbent bike (one hour)

Muggy 8 miles....then it was like opening the wardrobe and entering Narnia. The temp dropped about 15 degrees and we got poured on.

9 slow miles running (hamstring complaining) + 13 cycling.

Easy 5.25 miles in the rain.

4 miles.

Two miles pretty fast followed by one mile jog.
Feet seem OK. Ache in the bottom of the left foot wasn't plantar.
