Just 5.25mi done today. 3 days in a row, so I suppose I should take tomorrow as a rest day. Legs feel burned out, but that could be from the neg splits I accomplished this morning.

5.6 miles at lunch that had a little bit of everything: hills, humidity, pretty decent breeze, 4 miles on the road, 1.5 miles in the woods on some gnarly New England rocky, rooty trail. Good stuff.
Feelin it now though. This is my 9th day in a row running and I definitely need a rest day. Slurping a black and tan beer right now. Thats a recovery drink, right?
