6 mile jog + 10 miles cycling
Perfect weather day.

4.25 miles. Pretty fast, considering I never run in the afternoon.

10.5K run and a softball game.

Track workout! We did 10 x 90 second repeats with 90 seconds rest.

2 miles easy.
Wanted to do more but didn't have the oomph.
