Weights plus recumbent bike

Seven miles, easy.

3.2 miles, followed by 1 x 400m, 2 x 200m strides.

4 mile jog, 10 mile bike ride.

5k time trial.
Air was damp and humid from rain showers.
And the temp was mid 60s and rising.
The air started to bother my throat and close it up.
Shut it down at 2 miles. I picked up the pace over the last two laps.
miles in 7:50, 7:44. New SB by about 11 seconds.

1.5 hours on the water.
i could not get comfortable - everything felt off/wrong/bad. ugh.
