Track workout! After a one mile warmup, I led the group through a dynamic stretching demo (high knees, butt kicks, Mach A & B skips, grapevines, swing kicks).
Then it was 16 x 100, with 100 rest. The workout was in prep for Thursday's 200m + 1 mile challenge.
One mile cooldown

2 miles easy. Hip feels fine.
