Track workout tonight!
We are doing 16 x 300m with 100m rest. Can't wait.

Weights plus recumbent bike

8 miles pre-dawn + 12 mile bike ride in the evening

Rowing day!

5 miles. No energy.

3 miles in the dark.
Still 70 degrees.
Actually felt pretty good.
