Track workout tonight!
We are doing 6 x 3-minute repeats with 90 seconds rest.

8 mile early AM run.

Rowing day.

6 miles
-
5K. Not only dealing with ankle sprain, had some sore quads from softball on Sunday.

Weights and 4 at night, very humid.

3 mile trudge.
