8 mile run/jog + 10 mile easy bike ride.
I just cant in this humidity.

5K Run With Pride fun run in London, Ontario. Healing right ankle sprain limited by speed, as did my Fairy Costume on a somewhat humid morning. 28:09.

10 miles at just over 1:34, about 9:26 pace.
Beat last week's 8 mile time by 2 minutes,
first time to 9 mile and 10 mile mark this year,
so 3 season bests in tonight's run.
Knees started to ache a little towards the end,
I should wrap the iliotibial band next time.
Scale said 233 and change after the run,
first time I've seen 233 in more than 2 years.
Foot seems OK, Muscles have gotten a little cramping after sitting.
Time for a hot meal and a hot shower.
