4 miles in just over 33 minutes.
A season best by almost 2 minutes.
And it wasn't that hard.
Then 20 minutes on the bike.

2 x 400m
2 x 600m
4 x 400m
4 x 200m
All with 200 rest. A glorious distance running speed workout.
