Went to the track for something hard, maybe 10k.
It was already too damn warm.
Got going and then decided to save it for tomorrow.
As a consolation I went after my SB in the 400.
.3 warm up at 8:45 pace

walk a lap
6 laps at 8:10 pace
walk a lap
400m in 97 seconds, SB by 14 seconds.

Evening.
Still damn warm.
2 easy miles at about 9:20 pace.
Worked up a good sweat.
Stepped on the scale in a semi-dehydrated 235lbs.
Down 20lbs in 15 weeks :geek:
