2 mile cautious jog + 10 miles biking

Got in a quick 3 at lunch.

Easy four miles.

5 miles at lunch. Well, technically it was 4.88 miles.
Felt pretty good.

10K. Finally a rain free day where I didn't have to time my run between showers.

3 miles easy. Drizzly.
And it was tougher than previous.
Maybe low bloodsugar.
25 minutes on the bike.

3.2 miles, followed by 4 x 200m strides.
