Sprint workout today!  My last fast twitch workout before the Mass Sr. Games on Saturday.

jog 800m
20 mins plyo warmups
2 x 150m in 23 secs
2 x 200m in 35 secs
1 x 300 in 64 secs

5 x 40m using starting blocks
jog 800m
