Sprint workout today! My last fast twitch workout before the Mass Sr. Games on Saturday.
jog 800m
20 mins plyo warmups
2 x 150m in 23 secs
2 x 200m in 35 secs
1 x 300 in 64 secs
5 x 40m using starting blocks
jog 800m

i went out for @5km on the water. no run today.

10 miles cycling + 60 mins on the elliptical.

4 nasty gnarly drippy humid trail miles in Falmouth, Ma.
Fun was had.

6.5 sluggish miles

Rest.

4 miles easy followed by 15 minutes on the exercise bike.
Easy pace is getting a little faster.
