Weights plus recumbent bike

5 miles easy + 10 miles cycling

Great weather on National Running Day. 10K

Went out for an easy couple of miles.
Felt real good by the time I got to the track.
Decided to change to a time trial, 2miles, maybe 5k.
Walked a lap, 1 mile in just under 8 minutes.
Going pretty good, but I decided to shut down.
It had rained earlier and the air was wet and heavy,
and I was heating up despite it being only 67.
I decided to shut down now so that tomorrow morning
it will be cooler and I will be fresh for a better shot at the time trial.
Walked a lap, jogged enough to complete a second mile.
