Weights plus rowing

5 miles in 55 minutes at lunch. Ran along a couple miles of the Portsmouth, RI side of the Sakonnet river. Who knew that it was so beautiful around here? Sheesh.

10K. Checking out the race route for my Canada Day 5K & 10K races. Some construction on the waterfront pathways I use, but passable and a chance most of the construction will be over by July 1st.

The new shoes are here.
I always get a half size larger and extra width
so I can put in extra insoles or socks in the winter.
Put a set of insoles from a previous pair on top of the new ones.
Broke them in with a 2 mile run.

They must be really good shoes.
