4 mile run/jog. 20 mile bike ride.

20 mins plyometric drills
2 sets of:
100m in 15 secs, walk 200
200m in 35 secs, walk 300
300m in 57 secs.

Three miles. Muggy but pleasant.

Went out for a 10k.
Hot and muggy, decided to cut it to 4 miles.
Extra effort the last few laps.
A SB at just over 9 minute pace.
Walk a lap, jog a mile, walk a lap.
Stepped on the scale at 241lbs.
Down 14lbs in 10 weeks.
