11K.  Started out this morning with temp in high 60F.  Will get to 90F with humidity this afternoon.

Sprint workout today!

Jog 800m
20 mins plyo warmups

5 x 200m @85% top speed
Jog 800m

 Surprisingly good workout considering:

1.  I forgot to bring my racing flats, so I did the intervals with my distance running clodhoppers.
2.  It was 90°, with no shade .

2 mile jog-walk. 10 mile easy bike ride.
