Found a credit card on my run!!!  And it wasn't expired!

Alas, I turned it into the police.  Kids thought I should have bought stuff.  Good to know I'm raising the future felons of America.

New SB of 7:47.
Steady effort but not all out.
Walk a lap, jog a mile.
Foot didn't hurt much.
Hammies sore from putting in flooring yesterday.
Warm, first mosquito,
Plus whatever bug I swallowed on lap 2.
Weight still in the upper 240s :sigh:
