Easy four miles.

Long day at work. 5K easy.

2 miles at decent effort.
Decent effort has gone from 9:40s to 8:50s.
Conditions were great, wish I was in shape.
Though, round is a shape.

5 miles alongside the ocean. Strong head wind on the 2.5 mile return leg.
