And...it's back to sprinting. 6 x 150m @80% of top speed. Not bad considering fried legs from hockey last night.
Note: A distance running speed workout would be say, 20 x 200m, but you'd never run those 200m at close to 80% of top speed. Sprint workouts have fewer reps but at much higher intensity.
