third run in a new to me country - just 1.75 miles flat (it's all gonna be flat for a long time to come) at 15:12 to help get acclimated.
no swimming in the red sea today as i'm also no longer near water. any water.
wait - is that the pool? nevermind.

12.5K in gorgeous Spring sunshine and warmth. Now four days of rain and cold ahead. >:(
