 Legs stiff and sore from last night's 5k.
 Foot mostly painfree.
 Sparkling day.

				Weights

				3 miles, followed by 8 x 400m repeats, 5 miles total.  Then pushups, situps, and pullups.

				8.5 miles
			
- 
				Easy six miles. 
			
- 
				Weights and 4.5 miles
			
- 
				6 trail miles in a light, cool rain.
