5 mile jog early this morning.

4.25 miles, followed by 2 x 400m strides and 2 x 200m strides. 5 total.

Weights plus one hour on a recumbent bike

5 trail miles. Wiped out pretty good halfway thru. No injuries tho so it's all good.
Down 18 pounds since Jan 1. Woot!
