5 miles in light rain.

15.3K. Little cool and windy.

60 degrees and calm, best conditions of the year so far
Set out for a 5k, but went out faster than 2 mile pace and
I didn't want to risk hurting the foot again, so 2 miles with an SB.
2 miles just under 18 minutes. Felt much easier than previous runs.
Lungs and heart are slowly coming back into shape.
Foot ached only a little.

diagnostic physical fitness test.
two minutes to do as many proper pushups as possible, two minutes of situps, then a two mile run.
an 18 year old has to complete 42 pushups, 53 situps and run under 15:54 in order to pass;
45 year old crusty has to complete 30, 32 and 18:46.
this crust did 42 pushups and stopped, 47 situps and ran 16:03.
did the minimum pushups no problem and can easily squeeze out more time from my run, but the situps are gonna kill me when i've got to take a serious test...
