Double workout today! I just got the call for hockey tonight.

+ 50 mins of bike riding in hilly terrain.

12.75K. Thought afternoon thunderstorms had passed, but I got caught in another one 2/3 through my run for about 10 minutes. Glad it is warm out still.

3.6 miles, half of it up hill. Well, maybe not half but at least a quarter of it up hill.
