One hour on a recumbent bike plus weights

Row day!

12 hilly miles. A very good run.

10K biking. 5K leading out the first runner in a Resolution Run out and back route in 17 minutes and change, then went back to pick up the last walker and follow them in at 1:02.
13K run later on in the evening.
