10K this morning. Beautiful day for it, and I felt good throughout, but my pace is much slower than it used to be, which is kind of depressing me. Need to get back to doing speedwork, but I'm really glad I registered for this race since it was a nice course and a well-run event, and I feel like I really need to get back to racing more often.

Long 12 hour work day at our city's fall marathon finish area. Just a sluggish 5K just to get out there later on in the early evening.
