4 ultra slow miles

4 slow, tired miles.

Jogged 1.6 miles through the woods to the track. Then 4 x 800m progressive repeats (each one faster than the previous) with 400m rest. Then jogged home. 6 miles total. 57 degrees, and drizzly.
