I can really tell that I'm on a caloric deficit....soooooo sluggish....

I ran 3 miles, walked a little more. Session with my trainer tonight.

Weights plus 8.5 miles

4 x 800. I haven't done long repeats in a while so it was kind of painful.

Only 2 miles, but then whaddya gonna do when you've dropped half the
your carrying
. I guess I've joined yet another club
