My last track workout before nationals.  I was a little worried about my groin that I tweaked at softball on Saturday, but it was fine.

Jog 800M
20 mins dynamic warmups
300M in 59 secs
200M in 36 secs
150M in 26 secs
100M in 15 secs
200M in 33 secs

5 x 30M starts with blocks
jog 800M

Some young women said I was fast.  An older guy said I was his inspiration.
