4 miles easy. Skipped a few days due to calf/achilles pain.Seemed OK tonight.

Track workout today! I tested out my ankle, which I rolled playing softball on Sunday.
2 sets of 150, 200, 300m @ 80%.
A little slow and I was aware of my ankle on the turns. But all in all, not bad.
