Morning 2 miles easy.

Evening, 5k time trial.
Just under 8 minute pace.
New season best by just over a minute.
Foot held up pretty good.
Hamstring said ouch.

11.5K. Needed to duck under cover of a playground kids slide for a couple of minutes to let a brief rain shower pass.
