				11.5K.  Cool day, good run. Made it back before the rain started to fall.   :)

				Just under 3.  I really want to stab people who go on facebook and are all "I just ran for the first time in six months.  Went eight miles and felt GREAT!" .  I take 2 weeks off and I'm doubled over and hacking after a half mile.   :skep:
