Weights plus 5 miles -- jog to grammar school and 3 miles around parking lot with the second half of each lap (10) much faster

8 miles. Windy.
I wanted 10 but I'm not feeling well again so I took it slow & easy & shorter.

14 miles. Legs still tired from last w/e's 10/20.
Two weeks ago I had the park to myself, good to see the place packed w others runners and walkers and families and such though.

Just weights.

Yoga today as a recovery from yesterday's slog.

Good news. Yesterday's measurement of my route was wrong by 100 paces.
It is in fact a full mile plus maybe 15 meters.
So the times that seemed fast were in fact fast and not some measuring error.
Caveat: fast for running on ice and snow in winter.
4 miles today, about 9 flat pace.
That puts me about 12 weeks ahead of last year.
If everything holds together I might consider a marathon in the fall :fingers:

8.33K. Super warm evening, 55F when the norm is just above freezing. Shorts and a long sleeved tee. Probably gonna be the first winter season where I've run is shorts at least once each month.
