				Happy President's Day and February is over halfway over!
Gym stuff & 4 miles.

				5 miles. A comfortable 17 degrees.

				Weights plus 3.8 mile tempo -- 18 degree with light snow

				Bike day and a little snow clearing.

				16K.  Originally planned on 21-24K, but sunny skies and temps just below freezing, turned into sleet, wind and a damp chill.

				12 miles including 10 x 2:30 hill repeats in the snow

				5 sweaty miles. 70F. Think I'm going to have to begin running earlier.  I definitely like 50F better.
