Bad stomach today.

A little weak...carrying a steeper than usual caloric deficit...

				Two silver medals at the Eastern Masters Championships - an 8.65 in the 60 meters, my fastest 60 in > 4 yars and an age-graded PR. The long jump was a little frustrating – four fouls in six jumps - at least my first one was half decent 4.07m good for second place. Ran a 30.17 in the 200 on a slow unbanked track, so I was pleased with that, getting 4th. And then ran the 4 x 200 for fun. I'm pretty tired now.
